Do you offer general house cleaning?
No. Eco-Clean Cyprus specialises in professional deep cleaning of selected areas and items only. We do not provide routine or general house cleaning services.
Do you offer window cleaning?
No, window cleaning is not a service we offer
What type of cleaning do you specialise in?
We specialise in targeted deep cleaning using professional steam cleaning, rotary floor cleaning and low-moisture wet-vac cleaning, depending on the surface or item being cleaned.
Do you clean sofas, mattresses and upholstery?
Yes. Upholstery, mattresses and fabric items are cleaned using a professional wet-vacuum system with eco-friendly detergent and a low-moisture spray and extraction method.
Drying time typically ranges between 2–3 hours, depending on fabric type and ventilation.
Do you clean curtains and blinds?
Yes. Curtains are cleaned while hanging and are not removed or taken away.
We use ladders where required to safely reach curtain height.
Blinds are cleaned using fabric-safe methods where appropriate.
Do you clean leather sofas?
Yes. Leather upholstery is cleaned using a specialist method tailored to the material, with careful control and surface-appropriate techniques.
Do you clean baby and children’s items?
Yes. We clean baby and family items including baby mattresses, prams, pushchairs, high chairs and car seats, using gentle, eco-conscious methods suitable for sensitive environments.
Do you use steam on all services?
No. The cleaning method used depends on the surface or item. Steam is used for suitable hard surfaces, rotary machines are used for certain floor cleaning, and wet-vac systems are used for upholstery and fabric items.
Do I need to prepare anything before your visit?
Yes. Preparation may be required depending on the service. Cupboards must be emptied before internal cleaning, and breakable items should be removed from areas being cleaned.
Do you remove oven doors to clean the glass?
No. Oven doors are not removed due to the risk of glass breakage. Internal oven glass is cleaned only on models that allow safe access.
How long does a clean take?
The duration depends on the service and size of the area or item being cleaned. We will provide an estimated time when booking.
